Junning Ma – Founder and CEO of ORB
Mr. Ma founded Shenzhen ORB in 2005, and since then, has acted as its Chief Executive Officer. In 1997, Mr. Ma founded Changchun ORB Fine Chemistry Co., Ltd., where he directed the development and promoted the application of polyurethane adhesive sealant for car windshields. Prior to 1997, Mr. Ma was involved in hotel management and held various executive leadership positions with several hotels. Mr. Ma holds a master’s of management and bachelor of economics degree from Sun Yat-Sen University.

 

Mr. Ma’s qualifications to serve on our Board of Directors include his operating and leadership experience as founder and chief executive officer of our operating subsidiary.  In that capacity he has gained significant insight into the auto parts industry in China, has successfully negotiated business transactions with auto industry leaders and has significantly grown our business.  He has extensive knowledge of the political landscape in China and significant expertise in business development and mergers and acquisitions that are beneficial to our Board of Directors as we continue to develop and expand.

 

Guangning Xu – Vice CFO and Secretary
Mr. Xu has been the Chief Financial Officer of Shenzhen ORB since 2009. From 2004 to 2008, he served as the Senior Manager of the Auditing Department of Guangdong Da-hua De-lu Accounting Firm. Mr. Xu is a certified public accountant in China and received his bachelor of arts in accounting from Hunan College of Finance and Economics. Mr. Xu is responsible for financial planning, financial reporting, record keeping and risk management of ORB.

 

Mr. Zhuo has been the Secretary of ORB since 2010. Since 1999, he has been an executive of Fortune International Group Inc., a company providing commercial machinery and maintenance services, and of which he is currently president. With significant expertise in management and over 20 years of operating experience in U.S.A, he is responsible for assisting Mr. Ma in business development and expansion. Mr.Zhuo earned his business management certificate from Berkley University and his bachelor’s degree from Capital University of Economics and Business.

 

Mr. Xie has been with the Company since inception and currently serves as the Operations Director. He has over 5 years of experience in auto parts industry and is currently responsible for operations and logistics. Mr. Xie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering materials from Tongji University.

 

Mr. Zhang has been with the Company since inception and currently serves as the Marketing Director. Mr. Zhang has 19 years of experience in marketing and he is responsible for business development, marketing promotion, marketing research and sales. Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in optical instruments from Tianjin University.

 

 Mr.Hu is our CTO. Mr.Hu has over 8 years of experience in automobile industry. He has extensive working experience in large-scale foreign brand automobile manufacturing companies as R&D manager. Mr.Hu holds a Bachelor degree in polymer materials and engineering from Guangdong University of Technology.
